Production workflow

Frame, foam, fabric cutting, sewing, upholstery, and assembly run through controlled stations.
Vacuum packing and carton design are validated for recovery, cube, and handling.
Inline checks, final AQL inspection, carton marking, and loading records support export buyers.
Quality system
The factory quality team focuses on the details that decide whether a compressed sofa program can scale: fabric lot consistency, cushion recovery, assembly fit, carton protection, and loading accuracy.
We support third-party inspections, pre-production samples, sealing samples, carton drop tests, and loading photos for transparent export shipments.
